Petros guitars are among our very top favorites to marvel at here at Cedar Rock – particularly the Redwood/Walnut examples! Many builders are known for doing certain tonewood combos particularly well and we have been blown away by at least 5 Redwood/Walnut Petros’ since opening for business – safe to say they are special and never stick around long. The low end is full, mature and well-defined but the midrange and treble strings are somehow just as compelling and offer a complex voice, especially in dropped tunings. You won’t find this sound anywhere else, Bruce and Matt make this tonewood combo shine to its fullest potential. The setup and playability on this beauty is top-notch as well!
