Baranik JX Adirondack/Brazilian
Clear and modern voice to this guitar, built in 2008 by Mike Baranik. Absolutely stunning wood selection and attention to detail. One of my personal guitars is a Baranik JX and it gets a lot of playtime because of it’s clear fundamental response and comfortable body shape. This guitar may be 16″ across the lower bout but the slim waist sits nicely on the right leg and the semi-shallow body depth helps immensely for ergonomics. Feels like a much smaller guitar. Did I mention this guitar has the most pleasing aroma I’ve ever encountered in a guitar thanksto the Brazilian? One strum of an open chord and the aroma will hit you from the soundport, just amazing.
