Jeff Bamburg is one of the countries premier luthiers. This instrument is a beautiful example of his work and his innovative cantilevered neck as demonstrated by its remarkably easy playability and rich resonance. In fact, we have noted that it is much easier to play than many guitars with shorter scale lengths–even in standard tuning!
The Carpathian Spruce top (+300) pairs perfectly with the Macassar Ebony (+800) back and sides to produce clear, ringing notes and yet still provide rich sonorous bass.
Jeff installed an LR Baggs Anthem Sl pickup and the Ameritage case provides ample protection so this unit is ready to gig
