Bouchereau Guitars are built by luthier Loic Bortot​ in Quebec City. The Mistral model is his version of the modern OM measuring 15.5″ across the lower bout.

This one features beautiful Ziticote for the back and sides and a Sitka Spruce top. We are big fans of Loic’s guitar’s here at Cedar Rock and this one is really special. It has a full robust bass response with rich round trebles and a nice even midrange. The string separation and clarity is phenomenal. This is a world class instrument that will inspire.

Just in to Cedar rock is the 2019 Bouchereau MJC with a stunning straight grained set of Cocobolo from Canadian luthier Loic Bortot. Here is his comments on this guitar…”The MJ.C (Mini-jumbo) model comes in quite a fancy spec, with a stunning set of tightly grained Cocobolo Rosewood, paired with high grade Swiss Moon Spruce. It features a Florentine cutaway and a “squared” arm bevel. I think the back didn’t need any back strip addition, as the beauty of the wood speaks for itself. The binding for the guitar is black Ebony with thin Maple purfling.” This guitar has great clarity and string separation with tremendous sustain.  It is in like new mint condition.
